Things Not Seen

          The book "things not seen" is about a boy that wakes up one day and he is lituraly INVISABLE! With hid genious dad he trys to think of why he IS invisable. So far in the book all the charecters seem to be very interestin and they all are a really big part of the story. The thing that really suprised me in this book is that even though you would think that I would have abselutly no connections with him since he is invisable i find at lest 5 every chapter! 

          Last week I wrote about how my mom really connects to Bobby's (the main charecter) mom. And when I kept readin I found even more.  When Bobby's mom left a note for him because he overslept reminded me of when my mom leaves notes for me on the fridge when I oversleep. Not only that she left a note but the note sounded pretty close to what my mom might write. She usualy writed in details like his mom, she also usualy would write where she is and what to do untill she comes back like what his mom wrote. I think that the reason my mom and his mom seem so simular is probobly because the author wanted to make his mom soud very real not like some books that the mom just lets the kids do whatever they want.I think that it would actual make sence as an author to make the families seem the most realistic as possible. It migh even be easyer to understand how people feel through connecting with the charecters in tour book.

         
          The other connection I made with my mom and Bobby's mom is that like Bobby's mom my mom also works in the university which is why my mom and his mom always makes us read. So when he said that he is really annoyed that when ever his mom catches him bored she "shoves" a book at his face it reminded me of when my mom always makes me read when I watch TV because she thinks that I'm bored!
